about

Medium size restaurant that decorated in modern contemporary style with leather, wood and quart stone seems to give the casual yet elegant feeling to its visitors. Here at the Moment is an all day dining that you can enjoy big breakfast, buffet lunch for workers who seeking for new taste and with long lines of buffet items can surely help them. For the dinner you’ll surely like the Thai set menu that the chef here is serving in modern style.

Moment Restaurant

At the fabulous moment

Ruamrudee Phloenchit

Thai fusion food will never be the same here at the Moment. Let’s start with appetizer combo Papaya Salad with Seared Scallop which is not too spicy for the foreigners who’d like to try the taste of Thai serves along with delicacy Crispy Noodle Shrimp that I can’t help but admire the chef for being so patient with this menu. To complete the appetizer plate is Chicken Satay and peanut sauce that the taste of the sauce can really watery your mouth well. For the soup try Galangal in Coconut Milk Soup; one of the Thai famous menu with essence of herbs that go so well with coconut milk. For the main course the chef has brilliant idea to pair the main carbohydrate of each dish by using European pasta or mash potato instead of Thai rice. You can try Grilled Sirloin Steak with Garlic Pepper Sauce with the garlic and pepper essences are going so well together. Grilled Lamb Rack with Spicy Sweet Basil Sauce; is one of the most creative menus with peppermint mash potato and spicy sweet basil sauce pair with well cooked lamb rack. Grilled Tiger Prawn with Penne Pasta Tom Yum is my favorite since the Tom Yum sauce is not too spicy yet it’s full of truly Thai flavored with lime and herbs essence in the sauce. Last but not least Grilled Salmon in Red Curry Sauce with Spaghetti is one of the intense flavored with Thai red curry paste that surprisingly goes so well with spaghetti and Salmon. You wouldn’t want to miss the dessert Dumpling in Coconut milk is the authentic recipes from Thai chef.
