Man Fu Yuan

Joy in the garden

Rajpreuk Club, North Park

Let’s start with Dim Sum Combination that you can enjoy 2 different kinds of dumpling, and deep fried dim sum that can watery your mouth so well. You can order special blended tea that they have 10 flavors for you to choose to drink along with this meal. Next is Double boiled Superior Shark’s Fin with Shark’s Cartilage Consommé for this menu I like the way they used shark cartilage to make the consommé until you can get the unique essence and taste from the shark cartilage. Next is Duck Smoked with Chinese Tea Leaf and Barbeque Pork. You can totally get the leaf essence from the duck and I like the way they don’t overcook with the duck until you can get the moist from the meat. For the barbeque pork you can taste the sweetness from the pork itself and with the Chinese style barbeque sauce can really lift up the taste. Braised Abalone and with Sea Cucumber and Goose Web is another menu you don’t want to miss with gigantic abalone that cooked so well and fresh select sea cucumber and goose web can really lift up the taste. Crispy Noodle with king Prawns River really amazed me with the fact that even with gravy they can still maintain the crispiness of the noodle and the fresh river prawns are very well cook. Before you finish don’t forget to try some Deep Fried dumpling with custard cream for a dessert.
