Start with Alaska King Crab, Yuzu Jelly; which I really like how the chef paired the king crab meat with a bit sour Yuzu sauce which bring the freshness and can watery your mouth and prepare you for the next course. King Prawns, Baby Broccoli, Romesco sauce was the first one I tried. The chef cook the king prawns well done and you can enjoy the Romesco sauce that have a bit of walnut essence which I find it very charming.  Grilled whole Dover Sole, Anchovy Truffle Butter is one of the “light” meals for you. What makes this menu special is he freshly grilled Dover Sole that combine the essence of truffle from the butter so well, and you will love just a touch of lemon juice that lighten up this dish. Come to the meat part try Rib Eye 14 oz that the chef is carefully select all meats by herself. She cooked the meat medium rare which I like how the meat can still melted in your mouth and the meat is still has it juiciness. You can try it with many flavors of sauce, but only the meat itself is delicious. Lamb Rack, Vegetable Timbale is my favorite. I like how you can totally take a bite with juicy lamb rack and have thinly slice pan fried artichoke on the side along with zucchini tomatoes, and of course parmesan cheese. For the dessert you can try one of the authentic menus like Baked Alaska that can refresh your palette with raspberry and vanilla ice cream inside and covered with meringues then gratin with cointreau liqueur. I Like Berries is another dessert with mixed berries sauce and pair with soft butter cake. You’ll love how moist the cake is and once eat with mixed berry sauce then they combine well, but if you looking for something simple and yet extraordinary try Blueberry Cheesecake with smooth and tender texture of cheesecake and with the sweetness of  blueberry sauce can end your meal in a fabulous way.
